The Vermilions are unique

Based on shared values, an entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to a solution focused client service, the three founding firms have established The Vermilions in 2019 to sponsor a global, yet truly independent fund administration and fund management offering with a local high touch.

The Vermilions founding partners have a long history of serving clients with an entrepreneurial mindset around the globe. With roots going back to 1985 and eight offices in Switzerland, Netherlands, Ireland, USA, BVI, Cayman Islands and Singapore. All founding firms are majority owned by the people who are in charge of the daily business and are managed in an entrepreneurial way. This ensures that clients have a like-minded partner and access to the entrepreneurial eco-system which the founding firms have developed over the decades.

The Vermilions are a partner and resource in all phases of our clients’ business life cycles and cover all major fund jurisdictions. The Vermilions are global independent providers of fund administration, fund management, accounting and compliance services to investment funds, family offices and corporate clients and administer, with over 61 staff, in excess of USD 11b in Assets under Administration, representing a variety of strategies, including long only, hedge fund, private equity, real estate, CTA and fund of funds.

The Vermilions represent a global network and may refer to one or more of the member firms, each of which is a separate and independent legal entity. The Vermilions is a network empowered by PvB Pernet von Ballmoos AG, Swiss Financial Services and VBK+CO Group Holding SA. All three founding firms are independently managed and owned firms.
